We sell frozen pies and selected merchandise through our online store.
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative or refund.
As our pies are handmade products, slight variations in appearance may occur.
3. Ordering
By placing an order through our website you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance of the order; we reserve the right to cancel orders if necessary.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via the payment methods available on our website.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
5. Delivery
We offer delivery within the United Kingdom.
Orders are typically dispatched between Monday and Thursday to minimise the risk of products being held in courier depots over the weekend.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address provided is accurate.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances outside of our control.
6. Frozen Product Delivery
Our pies are shipped frozen and packed with ice packs to maintain temperature during transit.
During delivery it is possible that the pies may partially defrost. This is normal for chilled courier deliveries.
Provided the pies are still cold upon arrival, they are safe to refrigerate and consume within the recommended time or refreeze immediately.
We recommend that orders are placed when someone is available to receive the delivery.
7. Returns and Refunds – Food Products
Due to food safety regulations, pies and other food items cannot be returned or refunded once delivered, unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with: • Your order number
• Photos of the issue
• A brief description
We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
8. Returns – Merchandise
Non-food items such as T-shirts may be returned.
Conditions for returns:
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
9. Allergens
Our products may contain allergens including but not limited to:
• Gluten
• Dairy
• Eggs
• Celery
• Mustard
While we take care in preparation, all products are made in a kitchen where allergens are present. We cannot guarantee the absence of cross contamination.
Customers with severe allergies should contact us before placing an order.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mēs Pies and Wine shall not be liable for:
• Delays caused by courier services
• Incorrect delivery addresses provided by customers
• Minor temperature changes during transit typical of frozen food delivery
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
