Working from their West London kitchen workshop, chefs Fernando Passos and Martin Sternbergs bring an unrivalled attention to detail and craftsmanship to this traditional British dish. All produce is carefully selected and prepared to a perfection of flavour through meticulously testing new recipes which complement your experienced palate.

 

Fernando and Martin welcome you to elevate your pie experience with a selection of unique natural wine sourced from "The New Old World", off the beaten paths of Europe.

 

The team honed their craft in renowned establishments such as The Cow and Peter Gordon's Providores and Tapa Room, to only name a few.
